Personnel development is based on a strict selection process. Successful applicants with a high potential receive in-house job training for up to a year to ensure that they meet the SOLIDUS quality standards.
The SOLIDUS teams also undergo additional project-related training to optimally meet customer-specific requirements. The content and goals of training programs are defined in the service level agreements. SOLIDUS uses an in-house checklist system to make sure that there are no gaps in the training.
